Regina Webb

I am the founder and director of the KC Lady Jaguars VBC.  I played volleyball 3 yrs in high school and have played in several competitive leagues around the city.  I've coached volleyball for 12 years, girls basketball for 8 years and worked as youth counselor at church for over 28+ yrs.  I know the calling placed on my life and it is to mentor/teach/minister to our youth and I do this with great humility.  I am IMPACT and CAP Level I certified.  I've had the privilege of watching many of my players grow and develop into dynamic athletes, scholars and young ladies. I work to educate our players and parents on the recruiting process and assist in any way I can to help our athletes reach their goals of playing in college.  Several have gone on to play at the next level with great success.

This is my 13th season with the Lady Jags, 10th year as the Club Asst Director and 9th yr board member of the KC Jags Org.  I played volleyball for 4 years at Hickman Mills High School.  I love working with youth and I am encouraged by the opportunity to be part of something that offers Kansas City Youth an experience such as this.   Proud mommy of a very handsome son, Robert Adamson III, (Tre).

I am IMPACT Certified, Bachelors in Businee(from Mizzou), Masters of Business and a Masters in Human Resources Management (from Webster University)

"The definition of insanity is to repeatedly do the same things and expect different outcomes for yourself"

I began my career with the Lady Jags as a player in 2004 and after graduation continued on as an assistant coach. I become a head coach in 2010 over the 13u team and lead them to a very success first season.  I am currently the head coach for the 15u select team.

In my spare time I one of the founders of  a small business called "KC Sole",  a collective of Kansas City students and professionals, has sparked a wave of interest throughout the Midwest sneaker community. KCSole has hosted a must attended event, KCSneakFest for Five years running.  I am IMPACT Certified, Bachelors in Healthcare Services , and a MBA in General Business and Healthcare Administration

Mikki Akins (Club Mom 3yrs)

My Love for volleyball started at a young age while playing at the Orville area Boys and Girls Club. I played throughout  middle school and high school in Orville, OH. The love spread to my girls as they both enjoy playing for their schools and the KC Lady Jags. We have been apart of the  Jag Family for 6 years. I have been serving as the Team/Club mom for 3 of those years........and counting.

Rhonda Fletcher (2yrs)

I have played competitive volleyball since middle school and some college. I'm currently actively playing both indoor and sand volleyball for local adult clubs.  I've coached private sessions as requested since 2003, but I officially started coaching club volleyball in 2008.   I love this sport and watching the girls develop skills they didn't know they had. Volleyball does more than just develop skills it develops character and sportsmanship two very important qualities in life.  I've been apart of the KC Lady Jags family since 2006.   Both my daughters have played with the Lady Jags; Na'la (6 yrs and now coaching) and Kyla (4 yrs).  I'm looking forward to coaching with The Lady Jaguars and passing along my knowledge of the game.

Na'La Lawrence (2yrs)

My name is Na'La and I played with the Jags from 2005-2011. I’ve coached alongside Coach Webb since 2009. I went on to play collegiate volleyball for Missouri Valley College. After graduating college I joined the Air Force where I continued to play on the recreation league. Now I have returned back to my home team to assist in training the youth to receive scholarship opportunities that were opened to me from being apart of the KC Lady Jaguars.

Rachelle Hooks-Locke (2yrs)

Better known as Coach Chelle. Married for 10 years. We have 6 children and 7 grand babies. I played volleyball in high school. And I have always enjoyed watching sports. As my husband and I began empty-nesters he encouraged me to give back by coaching at a basic level.

I have been coaching the Junior Jags for 2 years. As the coach of the youngest players, my goal is to encourage good sportsmanship and a competitive effort to learn the game of volleyball. Team building is another goal as a coach, as it is important for the ladies to enjoy and respect each other. My hope is to prepare them to be coach-able by listening, respecting and learning from their coach (in any sport). I enjoy teaching the little ones as we learn from each other.
